Malibu Celebrities Evacuated Due To Fire

According to TMZ, Olivia Newton John and James Cameron; producer of the Titanic have been evacuated from their Malibu mansions due to a large brush fire. The brush fire started early this Sunday morning and has threatened many homes. Other celebrities who are Malibu residents include Jennifer Aniston, Tatum O’Neal, Linda Ronstadt, Rob Reiner, David Geffen, Sting, Bill Murray, Jeffrey Katzenberg,Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, and David Arquette and Courteney Cox. The landmark; Castle Kashan has ignited in flames. The castle overlooks the coast and is known for its appearances in movies and the host of many charity events and parties. Firefighters are encouraging evacuation and so far have evacuated 200 homes. The fire possibly started due to arcing power lines in combination of Santa Ana winds. California is also facing a long drought period.
